By ticking “I consent to the processing of personal data” and sending the request form on telfi.pro, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms (art. 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”).

2. What data
The data I enter in the request form: name (or nickname); contact details — phone number, Telegram username or e-mail address; the message text and the request topic.
3. Purpose of processing
Replying to my request, contacting me to discuss the project, preparing a commercial proposal, entering into and performing a service agreement.
4. Actions and processing methods
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is mixed — with and without automation tools, with transmission over the Internet.
5. Parties processing data on the operator’s behalf
Yandex.Cloud LLC (the Yandex Cloud platform — receiving and storing requests, hosting the site) and YANDEX LLC (Yandex Mail — delivering request notifications). The data is stored and processed in the Russian Federation; no cross-border transfer takes place.
6. Validity and withdrawal of consent
This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I can withdraw it at any time by writing to smolpol01@yandex.ru. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless otherwise provided by federal law (part 5, art. 21 of the Law).
